Before you use the service, you must read and accept the terms set out in this Agreement.
This Agreement is between you and the VoltScore ("VoltScore") and governs your use of the EV Battery Health Report and your use of the application and/or website to obtain such report (the "Service"). By indicating that you agree to the terms set out in this Agreement, and in consideration of the VoltScore providing you with access to the Service, you agree to the following:
In order to access or use the Service, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age. If you have not met these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.
You must comply with the following:
Your Account: When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. To access your account, you will create a login and password ("Login").
• Use your own Login. You must only use or attempt to use the Login issued to you.
• Protect your Login. Except as expressly provided in this section 2(c), you must not share your Login with any other individual or entity. You are responsible for the security of your Login.
• Responsibility for Login and activities. Despite any other provision of this Agreement, you are responsible for all activities that occur using your Login.
• Report issues. You must notify VoltScore immediately if your Login has been compromised.
• Keep the Service secure. You must not tamper with or compromise any aspect of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.
• Remove or alter any proprietary symbol or notice.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise copy any Software.
The Service is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act (BC). When you visit this Site or use the Service, personal information is automatically collected from you, through the use of audit logs or cookies. This information is collected, used, and disclosed according to the Privacy statement published on this website.
All software and content forming part of the Service are owned by VoltScore and are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other laws protecting intellectual property rights.
The Service is provided to you "as is", and VoltScore disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions, obligations and liabilities of any kind, whether express or implied.
VoltScore is not responsible for any Services that are not provided by VoltScore.
Under no circumstances will VoltScore be liable to you or to any other individual or entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other loss, claim, injury, or damage.
VoltScore may at any time at its sole discretion suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Service.
VoltScore may at any time, in its sole discretion and without direct notice to you, make changes to the Service and/or to this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the province of British Columbia, sitting in Victoria.
